What distinguishes a fleece throw from a plush one?

In essence, fleece is made of shorter fibers compared to plush, resulting in a smoother feel. Plush, however, boasts longer fibers, lending it a softer, more cuddly touch akin to a plush teddy bear. For a deeper analysis, fleece and plush represent fabrics with varying characteristics, even though both offer softness and warmth. Their disparities mainly arise from the fiber length and texture. Both materials are excellently suited for printed throws.

Fleece stands out as a preferred material for textile goods, particularly those designed for chillier climates. It's soft, lightweight, and provides ample warmth. Fleece dries swiftly, resists wrinkling, and tends to maintain its shape, ensuring easy upkeep of the throw.

Plush, on the other hand, is a soft fabric featuring longer fibers renowned for its plush and fluffy texture. Plush also showcases resistance to wrinkles. Moreover, it boasts durability and washability, rendering it a robust material.

Concerning print quality differences, plush fabric, owing to its longer fibers, may be more lenient towards lower-quality images compared to fleece fabric, which is smoother.

How thick is the blanket

Our selection includes photoblankets in 4 varying thicknesses. Displayed in the image above, the thickest options are double-layered throws, available in both plush and fleece - perfect companions for chilly nights. Offering ample warmth, they can easily substitute a comforter.

Single-layer plush throws offer versatility, suitable for chilly days and warm summer evenings alike, making them ideal for cozy movie nights.

As for single-layer fleece throws, they are undeniably the thinnest option. Ideal for summer, they conveniently fit into small travel bags. Additionally, they can serve admirably as throws or bedspreads.
